1987 Harley Davidson Softail Standard
highly customized.

This was my first bike ever so it has special place in my heart, and this listing will be very detailed (and long winded, sorry!).  am the second owner. 90% of the work done to the bike was completed and maintained by well known award winning local custom fabricator. 

All of the 84-89 specific components have been updated to 1990-1999 compatible parts.  Notably the Starter (no external solenoid), and shocks (no external reservoirs)

The Bike runs great. with no issues whatsoever.  Like any EVO, it does like to cough up some oil out of the breather if you let it sit for an extended period.  but during riding season, i'm lucky if have few drips on my garage floor

there are few cosmetic dings.   The pipes have some scuffs from being little careless backing up to curb.

The Matte Black left side tank has ding in the side near the seat from some fool losing his balance on his sporty at bike night (grrr)  both defects are shown in the closeups.
