1988 Honda CBR250R  -MC1914,833 Miles (23,733 Km)Outstanding Japanese-domestic-market-onlymotorcycle, featuring a four cylinder (four stroke), gear driven cam, and 18K RPM red line. I have owned bike for five years and onlyrun it on non-ethanol gasoline, never tracked it, dropped it,  or ridden inrain, and regular oil changes and maintenance performed. Ridden regularly, even during winter, toensure optimum condition year-round. Notable maintenance performed: Two years ago. All bike fluids drained and replaced, new sparkplugsand new battery installed. Carbs completely rebuilt with new (OEM) gaskets,O-rings, jet needles, and mixture screws. Piston slides fitted with Vitondiaphragms by NRP Carbs (UK shop). Throttle and clutch cables also replaced. Last year. New Michelin Pilot tiresinstalled last summer (less than 1,000 miles on them)This year. Oil/filter changeearly in the summer. Front/rear sprockets and new chain installed this November(about 50 miles ago) New rear sprocket is black sprocket shown in close uppicture. Other: Bike is 28 years old and it showsnormal sign of wear. Not museum queen, but very solid and great looking rider. Minor flaws include specks of rust on some bolts, smallcrack on upper left fairing, and paint stripe minor peeling on upper rightfaring (shown in pictures). Both upper fairings and cone fairing appear to havebeen repaired for cracks and repainted with high quality paint job. Rear fairings,seats, and tank look near perfect. All lights, horn, and indicators work. One thing that noticed recently with headlights, parking (dim) and high beammodes work fine, low beam shines with same intensity as parking mode however.Not sure if light bulb issue, but want to mention for full disclosure. Bike is TITLED in the state of Indiana. For whatever reason (unbeknownst to me) bike was originally titled as a 1994 model. have never attempted to change with my local BMV. Most importantly, tittle shows correct 11 digit VIN and insurance also not an issue.
