This is 1990 Kawasaki Vulcan 500.  Rides and drives nice.  New battery and turn signals. Carburetors have been rebuild and new oil change and filter, new air filter.  Installed different seat release. CA Title.
Bike is over 30 years old so there are some scratches and small dents, no signs of any accidents. Turn signals must be turned on and off to get them to blink.  Otherwise everything works as it should.
