1998 Harley Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail. This is an extremely low mileage original bike of only 14,200 miles not much has been changed since it rolled off the showroom floor in 1998. Please do not hit the buy it now or place an offer unless you have money in hand and ready to transfer and can arrange shipping and or pick it up in person. Thanks in advance.This bike is really nice original example of 1998 FLSTC. This bike sat the last couple of years of it's life in the garage which shows with the mileage. The owner took it to Harley Davidson Dealership before the sell of it and had full service performed including brand new gel battery and brand new Harley Dunlop rear tire installed and of course all fresh fluids and check up. The bike is perfect all it need is new owner that will ride it. As mentioned this is an extremely original example of 1998 Heritage looks to be almost completely stock and original other than few chrome additions to it. The bike even has the original carburetor, original windshield, original seat, original sissy bar and the original exhaust system on it. You would be hard pressed to find lower mileage more original example especially at the price. Paint is in great shape it has couple very small rock chips bottom of front fender and on the rear just behind the seat under the sissy bar area looks to have had sissy bar bag on it and shows little rub there that could probably be buffed out but over all the paint is in Very good condition as well as the chrome. This bike looks to have been properly stored not showing the typical pitting and oxidation in the places that you typically see on lot of 18 year old bikes. The chrome is very nice for 1998. The only issue really see at all cosmetically with the bike is the left hand saddlebag needs to be restitched and shows wear was told the son of the original owner ran into it couple times in the garage with his wheeler. The story looks to be true because there is absolutely no damage or indications that the bike was ever dropped not single scratch underneath or anywhere in the area on the side that would show if it had been in anyway and it is the top of the bag that has the issue bottom and underneath not affected. He never rode it obviously it just sat in the garage most of it's life. considered getting it restitched or sourcing one before listing but choose to sell it as is very easy for new owner to address of ride as is. The other bag is perfect condition as well as the seat the sissy bar pad as well as all the rubber on the bike looks to be in basically brand new condition. This is very clean nice original evolution Heritage.
