I bought this at an estate sale last spring, reminiscing about my days of riding street bikes and thinking would enjoy riding it to work in the summer. have ridden it sum total of maybe  or times last year, and only twice this year. am simply not getting the use out of it, and need some garage space so actually have room to work on something and for our trials bikes, which we are actually riding. Listing this before the good weather runs out and the buyer will have chance to enjoy it ASAP. have never even titled this in my name, so it has clear open title. 
This is really nice bike that has been ridden, but taken care of. Pictures pretty much tell all cosmetically. If you zoom in, you will see some scratches here and there (example on the intake), but from short distance they dont' stand out it looks good. Aftermarket Corbin seat is firm but more comfortable than stock. Assume any bidders know the sound of normal vmax which has distinct and beautiful racing sound. This one has aftermarket Supertrapp pipes on it that sound absolutely incredible with this engine. fantastical!
Tires are nearly new, battery is good doesn't even stay on trickle charger (I think is AGM glass filled if remember correctly). Bike always starts right up with choke even after it sat all winter. The clutch slave cylinder went out last year on my first ride of the season replaced with new one. It needs carbs taken off and cleaned as it runs rough at idle w/out the choke partially on (I didn't drain the carbs last year before parked it and it sat for ~8 months). It still rides ok, and should make it on any trip you would want to take it on w/out issue.  The bike shifts good, doesn't pop out of gear (problem had with vmax had back in the 90's), and rides straight. It will make someone great bike, and am pricing it to sell. This is lot of bike for the $$$
This is no reserve auction. expect it to bring more than my starting bid, but if it doesn't it still sells.  Willing to sell this for $3500 outright, and can revise listing with buy it now if interested, but once it gets bidder, that window is closed and will not be taking offers you will have to bid to win.
