Up for sale is 2001 BMW F650GS Dakar Motorcycle. 13,708 miles .Clear title. This is of motorcycles purchased out of an estate. The previous owner had passed away, so do not have any history on the machine. It was last on the road in 2006. have not made any attempts the get the bike running. It currently does not run and will be sold as project to repair. When Hooked up to jumper pack all of the electronics did come on and work. did notice the negative terminal wire does not look stock (Please see picture). Engine turns over, Electric start works fine. The throttle snaps back, but I'm sure the carburetor will be need to be cleaned. Along with the gas tank to be flushed out. The front brakes do work. Rear brake does not. Bike rolls fine. It does shift through the gears. Condition wise, it was stored inside. It Looks to have been street driven, Skid plate underneath looks to only have some scratches. No signs of it being down. Some of the hardware bolts do show some rust. All of The plastics are in very nice condition, No cracks. Small decal rub on the left panel (see picture). The front rim looks to have slight ding (see picture). Rear rim has no dings. It does have an BMS Seat. Comes with Keys. Again, It currently does not run and will be sold as project to repair. Looks to have been well cared for. Sold as is.
