This is rare bird, indeed. The Rockster is BMW's version of of naked sport bike. And they knocked it out the park. Fun, reliable and unique. Bulletproof 1150 cc BMW boxer twin engine with twin spark, oil cooled heads. Shaft drive with BMW "Telelever'' and "Paralever" suspension technologies. This bike is dead stock, except for the $800 luggage rack and $1200 BMW "System'' hard bags. The bags are keyed alike with the ignition key, making them very convenient. They are also quickly detached and reattached. 22,000 original, adult ridden miles. Fresh service including new plugs, fuel injection syncing, valve adjustment (all done by the local BMW dealership). Two brand new Michelin Sport tires and new brake pads and new maintenance free battery. Carbon fiber air intakes, valve covers and front fender. It needs NOTHING, except for someone to enjoy her. This bike is perfect example of simplicity. No abs, no traction control, no trip computer or electronic suspension controls. Just simple, fun to ride, reliable motorcycle. All stock except for set of 1/2" high bar risers, which are easily returned to stock bar height. This bike comes in the beautiful matte black and nuclear orange paint scheme.
