2005–2006[edit]2006 CBR600RRUnit Pro-Link swingarmIn 2005, the CBR600RR received major revision with new bodywork, fully adjustable inverted front forks, disc brakes with radial-mounted four-piston calipers, and new aluminium frame, swingarm and rear shock. The midrange power was also increased. These changes along with additional refinements to the engine and exhaust system brought CBR600RR's wet weight down by 10.0 kg (22 lb), and dry weight by 4.1 kg (9 lb)[3][4][5] The 2006 model was unchanged from the 2005 model.
BIke has never been dropped, comes with set of spare rims and tires (Michelin Pilot RACE) for track use.Tail has been customised to eliminate turns signals; plate light added to keep it legal.Custom Apex risers added to raise bar and widen dimension making easier to ride without fatigue and adding more turning leverage. Bike is wired to ease battery charging. And, wired to accept side mounted radar detector.Bike has been maintained by Racing Sport Services, Chris Birkle.
