have owned this Ultra Classic since 2010 and have enjoyed many rides. It has never given me problem. Everything works properly just as intended. Over my ownership period have added many accessories. In May of 2016 added the chrome front end kit, chrome fork legs and such  which really enhance the appearance. Also in 2016 the Harley Davidson chrome covers were added to the passenger floorboards, headlight and turn signal chrome hoods were installed too. believe in 2012 stage one kit with power commander, slip on exhaust and K&N air filter was installed. Shortly after purchase the installed the chrome dash and speaker bezels. There is adjustable back rest mount in place but you will need to purchase your own back rest. The only non Harley accessory is the highway pegs. Every where I've been people have complemented on the color and looks of this bike. The rear brakes and tire probably were done about 4,000 miles ago. The front tire was installed maybe 2500 miles ago. did add Ohlins 022 adjustable rear shocks. The Ohlins really improved the ride and handling.  They have approximately 5,000 miles on them.Here is list of upgrades, chrome accessories and additions.
