bought this CVO at an insurance auction about years ago and turned it into project. It had front end damage but still ran perfect. There was slight frame damage by the neck so cut and sleeved on 2014 neck. All professionally done and the welds are unnoticeable. It was done above the vin so vin number is still attached and is rebuildable title. You can finish it and get it inspected by the dmv and you should be good to go. 
As said since changed the neck decided to convert the bike to 2014 and up street glide dresser. I bought all new parts, body, electrical harness, computer, wheels etc and converted to bike. 
Still has the 2011 CVO 110 motor and transmission. 
Blacked out all the chrome with powder coating for durability and it looks great. 
Samson true dual exhaust 52mm forks Touchscreen radio with navigation New grips with levers new mirror 12” ape hangers New battery All new brake lines. Brand new tour pak new 4”stretch bags Custom see thru clutch cover and tranny cover and primary inspection cover. Seat is take off of new 17. 
Bike when cleaned and finished will look beautiful. 

Bike is dusty and dirty from sitting, but just painted few months ago so paint is in good shape. No dents or dings. 
You can’t find an old cvo for under 20k and an updated one is higher. I can strip it and sell it for more so please do your research
