built this to be my "Adventure Bike" and it has served it's purpose well.  have taken it around the four-corners area many times, around Lake Superior, and just returned from trip to Deadhorse Alaska (Prudhoe Bay).  It was the only one of three bikes that had no breakdowns on this tough trip.  On these trips it averages 51-52 mpg.  It has Happy Trails panniers, Givi top box, windshield, handguards, engine guards, cruise pegs, radiator/filter engine guard, fuel bottles and holders, good tires on it and includes an extra set of tires.  had the break pads replaced prior to the Alaska trip, so the brakes are in great shape.  This bike runs very well; it has the power you want when carrying gear or riding two up, yet it has nimble handling.  This is strong bike and the only thing would consider doing to it, if were to keep it, would be replacing the chain (21k miles is good life for chain).  And, though the sprockets are in very good shape, am believer in replacing sprockets when you replace the chain.  You wouldn't need to, but think it is good practice. 

This is no reserve auction, however it is also for sale locally.  If it sells locally before the end of the auction, will remove it from the auction.  If you are the high bidder at the end of the auction, will remove it from sale locally.  expect $500 within three days (non-refundable) and pick up/final payment within two weeks of end of auction.  If have not received the $500 within days or pick up/final payment within weeks, will relist the bike.  If you live fairly close, will consider delivering it to you if you pay mileage (at government rate of $0.53 per mile).  If you wish to fly into Kalamazoo, will pick you up at the airport.  (The bike comes with full tank of gas, so your first trip does not have to begin with going to the gas station).  If you have any questions, please call me at 435-213-0727; will do my best to answer your questions.  Thank you.
