Hi and welcome to my auction for my much loved VW T4 caravelle. have owned this since March 2013 and now it's time to let it go for someone else to enjoy as need to raise some funds to keep the misses happy for loft conversion, im also having to part with my '68 bay window too, check out my other items enough of the sob story will try and list everything you need to know about the bus.It's 2000 reg caravelle not transporter it is the much desired 2.5 tdi 88bhp lwb, it has seats at the moment as have removed the front bench seat in favour of captain seats but can easily be converted back to make it seater. It has full service history and had full service 2k ago have massive folder full of old mot's and receipts and as this was my daily driver for work it was serviced twice yearly. It has 142k on the clock which for one of these is quite low, it has complete new exhaust system and new starter motor and alternator.I have fitted k@n air filter to it and blanked the egr other than that it's untouched engine wise, have also fitted to the bus whale fin rear spoiler, LED rear lights and Audi style LED front lights, it has been lowered 50mm front and rear, it has gear knob extenders which make it easier to use and smaller sports steering wheel, there is pool ball gear knob and dice window winders, being caravelle it has the separate rear climate control, the interior is in good nick but by no means perfect, the joys of having kids.It also has tinted rear windows which over the years has suffered few scratches but still looks good, had the front arches sorted earlier this year as they had some bubbling rust on them, the body is all straight but has the odd mark here and there, the windscreen was replaced too and the guy who fitted it said it was the best he'd seen as there was no signs of rust anywhere round the screen.The wheels are 15" steels with sticker bombed centre caps, these are late addition to sell the vehicle on as have gone through sets of 18" alloys over the years and all have replaced due to pot holes cracking the alloys, even had the original steel wheels banded professionally but they had the same fate so have reverted back to original steels which were already painted red by the previous owner.
