This car has been in my family since 2010 when my mother owned the car and inherited it from her in 2015. It has now covered 153k miles and so as you expect it needs bit of love. The car is good runner with an MOT till August this year. It has worked for me perfectly as run around the past few years and going forward would continue to do the same, albeit bit rough round the edges. Longer term It would make great project or donor car for someone with more time and space than currently have.
I do love this car, it not only has sentimental value but I’m also convinced it’s bit of classic in the making. really wanted to give it new lease of life myself but after year of ‘not getting around to it’ think have to accept that won’t find the time any time soon. I’m hopeful it will go to good home where someone can make good use of it either as car or as donor vehicle. The past years its been used as second car so hasn’t covered much mileage. General servicing over the past few years (oil/sparks/filters etc) has been carried out by myself. There is large folder of previous MOT’s, servicing parts and bills etc to go with the car.

Good Points• Brand new tyres all round • Sunroof • Rear Parking Sensors • Cruise Control • 18” Original TTS Audi Alloy Wheels • BAM 225 Engine (the best one they put in the S3) • Bose Sound System • Black Leather Heated Recaros • 2 keys – remote central locking key, one actual key. • Gearbox clutch replaced at 120k for refurbished box • Turbo not smoking • HPI Clear
Bad Points• Drivers side wing and door were damaged in scrape couple of years back. The front wing and door have signs of damage and could do with replacing. (see photos). The door and the wing touch bit and make noise when opening. • Drivers door doesn’t shut easily, as result the handle inside has been broken so you have to put you hand out the window and grab the door frame to close it properly. From the slamming by people that didn't know how to shut it properly couple of dents on the door itself (see photo) have also happened. think it’s problem with the lock mechanism that caused the original issue and the rest has been as result, got used to the 'knack' to shut it and just lived with it stupidly. new door and bit of knowhow should make this an easy fix.• The front bumper also has slight scrape as part of the scrape above, it’s not major but would need re-spraying. • Cup holder doesn’t pop out any more. • Air con not working and needs re-gassing.
The above are the headlines, at 16 years old it’s certainly not without issues and it’s certainly no minter but in the right hands it could be good little project and great car once again.

Additional information that might be useful to know. Timing belt changed at 80k so will need changing in the next 10k milesNear side headlight bit glazed and could do with treating or lens replacement.
