Honda Civic Type in perfect mechanical condition just spent £750 for brand new performance brake discs and pads all corners, and brand new stainless decat exhaust with new OEM catback (nice and quiet and does not drone on motorway, but still sounds good in vtec), all standard besides AEM Typhoon Air Intake, HID headlights, standard bucket seats, service history, comes with K20 private plate worth £500. The few small things need doing are just visual driver seats has some wear, and steering wheel need small part reupholstered, wheel paint touched up. Otherwise awesome performance car, pulls great in vtec through all gears, and gets 30mpg on motorway!
