Just had new batteries fitted at cost of £300.
5 Litre, V8, 24 valves, 460Nm of torque and 0-60 in 5.5 secs. This car is NO slouch. Air suspension (ABC system) and electronic braking system (SBC) makes this car very smooth ride and gives you ultra safe braking. When you consider it's original price you are getting lot of car for your money at 10% of the original price.This car looks like £20k vehicle even when people know its age.
This SL500 is the best value of the SL series: The SL350 is underpowered and the SL600 (very rare £20K plus), SL55AMG and SL65AMG are to times the price of the SL500s. 
This is good honest car, no major problems and just below average miles for the year.
Body work is in great condition for the year, obviously not concourse, but tidy. No dinks or obvious scratches.
Drives perfectly. All the electrics are working and the roof in particular opens and closes as it should.
The ABC and SBC systems are all good. The car can be raised or lowered on it's air suspension.
The interior is great, no rips or tears in the leather or badly worn areas. (See pics).
Just been MOT'd 28th July, so full 12 months left on it.
