For sale is my Clio 172 FF in black gold.The car has covered 103k, engine and gearbox both run without any horrible crunches, knocks, bangs, rattles or whines. Timing belt, water pump and pulleys all replaced 18 months ago. Clutch kit (LUK) and clutch cable replaced months ago. Major service last year, oil service carried out January this year. Recent new injector fitted. Terraclean serviced recently so the fuel system internals are like new, so she runs through the Rev range with no flat spots.The car has 182 exhaust manifold fitted which runs to K-Tec de-cat and onto K-Tec stealth system (both less than 12 months old). Poly rear mounting.Lower engine stabiliser/mounting polybushed, engine upper mounting (offside) replaced recently with genuine Renault mounting.Interior is in near mint condition for its age/mileage with minimal wear to the drivers seat bolster (alcantara/leather) and steering wheel thumb grips. have spare steering wheel which intended to get re-wrapped but didn't get around to it.I have strut brace for the car, just haven't fitted as of yet either.Currently on 182 cup anthracite alloys, not in pretty condition (previous owner I'm afraid) but will refurb up nicely. still have the original 172 alloys too which will come with the car. These are in pretty good condition, all with good tyres with plenty of tread on them.Brake discs all round were all replaced months ago, EBC red stuff pads front and rear.Lowered 30mm all round on Eibach lowering springs.Goodridge braided brake hoses.iPhone/iPod connectivity (gen 3,4,5,6 etc) with control via the steering wheel controls.Xenons. Headlamps have been machine polished so clear bright light when driving at night. Auto lights and wipers.Two keys.Recent MOT, but advised items are steering rack/ball joint, rear shock absorbers leaking (shock absorbers have now been replaced).The car does have an ABS issue where the ABS activates intermittently when slowing/creeping to stop. It's never brought the warning light on however the fault code suggests it may be something to do with the near side rear. I've replaced the brake discs (inc. ABS rings) and the ABS sensor but the fault remains. Possible ECU or pump issue? Haven't bothered looking into it too much because it didn't really annoy me enough.
Overall pretty well together car which requires some loving or ideal to strip and track it...the choice is yours!
Purchase of house and van to work on said house renovations means don't have the time to repair the car or break it for spares.
