AM SELLING MY VAUXHALL ASTRA 1.6L 2004 WHICH HAVE OWNED FOR THE LAST YEARS, HAVE ATTACHED LOTS OF PHOTOS AND WILL BE AS ABSOLUTE HONEST AS CAN WITH ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CARGENERAL INFORMATION:THE CAR IS BLACKIT HAS DONE JUST OVER 83,000 MILESTHE CAR IS PETROLTHE CAR WAS FIRST REGISTERED ON 01/10/2004 HAVE OWNED THE VEHICLE SINCE 30/01/08 THERE WAS TWO PREVIOUS OWNERS BEFORE PURCHASED ITI HAVE MANY RECEIPTS AND PAST MOT CERTIFICATESTHE CAR HAS SOME VERY GOOD POINTS BUT ALSO FEW BAD POINTS AND AM LISTING BELOW AS HONESTLY AS CANGOOD POINTSI have owned this car now all these years this car has started first time, every time no matter what the weather this car starts first time it has never let me down.I am lady owner and have never smoked in the carThe car is great little runner would be ideal as first car or as run aboutThe car is pretty good on fuel around town and is very good on long distance journeysThe car has great Cd playerThe car is MOT'D until 05/02/2017, the last three mots the car passed easily, only needing bulbs or tyres to passI have driven to Wales in the car quite few times this year the car runs perfectly all the wayI have the original purchase receipt and lots of other past receiptsBAD POINTSThe car has an oil leak it was an advisory item on the last MOT, I was quoted ??200 to get the oil leak fixed but never bothered. When you lift the bonnet up you can see that there is an oil leak but this has never affected the cars performanceThere is large rip along the seat upholstery seam of the car on the back seat (I have taken picture of this)There is slight dent and ripple on the drivers side back door have also tried to take picture of this but it is difficult because of the reflection. know the dent is there but lot of people don't notice it unless pointed outThere few scratches and scuff marks in various places over the carThe button is missing from the electric window drivers side but you can still operate the windows as normalThe engine management light has been on while but have been told that this is just faulty sensor
The general outlook of the car is in need of some TLC. had decided to keep this car because it genuinely is great runner but now have a new job and have decided to upgrade. If someone has bit of knowledge about cars you could do lot with this it should have years left in it yet.thanks for looking would be more than happy to answer any questions you haveI have put no reserve on this car would however expect cash on collection, have made the listing end on Friday with thought of collection Saturday or Sunday.
