BMW Z4 2.0 SE Convertible Speed Manual Silver
The time has come to finally part with our Z4 :(  We bought this car almost four years ago with around 83,000 miles on it and it has been daily driver ever since.Its genuine example that has been well used, having now covered 144,000 miles, but at the same time it has been well serviced and maintained throughout.  Probably worth mentioning that huge amount of those miles have been in 6th gear on the motorway!
Its the SE version so it has the black leather interior, Disk CD Multichanger and the electric heated seats.  It also has arguably the nicest 18" BMW alloys on Z4!
I use it just about every day and overall its good genuine example, drives nicely and has nothing major wrong with it.  However, it is no longer mint example and will need small amount of TLC to make it really nice again.  It would ideally suit someone who likes to tinker with cars bit or is little bit mechanically minded, or alternatively someone who really wants Z4 but is on budget!I will do my best to be 100% honest with the minor things it needs doing, so here goes:-
Both rear tyres need replacing.  They are Avon ZZR's (non run flats) and all four were fitted at the same time.  Z's wear rear tyres about 2:1, hence the fronts are still around 50%.  They are about ??120 each fitted but there are cheaper tyres out there.
There is scuff on the offside front bumper (see photo) where she just scraped wall whilst turning around.  Its not cracked, straightforward easy repair for the right person or about ??150 to paint guy.
Ever since we've owned it it has had minor oil leak from around the rocker cover area.  It has never bothered me and it would probably go un-noticed if it were not for the fact that it drips on to the exaust manifold and when the car is started after its sat for while you get faint whiff of the oil buring off the manifold.  Its pretty minor but needs to noted.
The ESP (traction control) warning light is on. Its almost certainly failed wheel speed sensor which costs about ??30 but my diag kit wont tell me which one.  I replaced the front offside one as it had failed but one of the rear ones must be suspect too reckon?

Aside those things there is the odd car park dent, minor chips/scratches etc and tiny bit of rust just beginning to appear on the nearside wheel arch lip, all just purely from being used so much.  The kind of stuff you'd get on any well used car this age.Im making it sound bad but it really isnt, just want to be clear that right now it is not mint example and it does have couple of things that need sorting.
The hood is in excellent condition and it has fairly comprehensive service history with big pile of receipts, old mot's etc. BMW service up until we bought it and then I've followed the standard schedule since then.  I last serviced it late November at about 136k which included plugs and coil packs.
On the plus side Im realistic about the cost of getting these bits done and its value.So, Im looking for people to view it, assess it and give me an offer.  I would imagine it will attract lot of interest at this kind of price but dont want to take blind offers so please get in touch to come and view it first so you are happy with what you are buying.
