Only selling due to moving abroad to work, genuinely gutted as it is great reliable car.

Cambelt replacement history documented, does not need to be changed for another 40,000 miles or before September 2017. 
Last service and MOT completed in March not due until March 2017.
Paperwork, log book, full service history and keys all present. 
Great on fuel, 56.4mpg average. speed gear box.
VW mechanic carried out all servicing/work since have owned the car. VW servicing stamps in log book. 
Good mileage for age/ amount of owners.

Points to mention 
Stain on part of the rear car seats buyer may want valet upholstery wash. See pic.
Small 10p size slight indentation on right side of wheel arch (there when purchased the car). 
Paintwork fair for age although odd surface scratches. Have VW paint pen/brush with exact ‘black magic’ paint for any touch ups.
Air con fan pump can squeak when it is on hasn’t ever bothered me and it is not mechanical problem. Can get replacement ac pump for around £70.
Has always since have owned car (2 years) had delay of couple of seconds when starting. Starter motor may need replacing at some point in the future £40-50.
