Unfortunately I'm having to sell my beauty little VW Polo 1.4 SE. Recent self-employment has forced me into buying van.
I've been the only owner, having bought it new in March 2011, and have driven it everyday since hence the relatively high mileage of 87334.
It starts, drives and sounds just as it did in 2011, and I've never had single issue with it. It just had an MOT (due April 2018) passing with no advisories. The first services were done by our local Whiterose VW showroom, I've had couple of services since but can't find the paperwork. It is also due service now.
It's a great, solid commuting, everyday car. Air con, electric windows. I've driven long journeys up and down the country with no issues. At one point was commuting 70 miles day, with no complaints. I've got all the manuals, and two sets of keys.
Recently it has had to act as van, with many tools being thrown in the back. Because of this there are spots of wear and tear.Overall the interior is in great condition. The carpets and mats are spotless, and most trim is scuff free. The rear seats were removed so they are in perfect condition, the front seats just require good steam clean to remove some dusty patches.


The Major Let Downs (all can be seen in the photos):

INTERIOR:
A few scuffs to the grey trim in the boot.
Slight scuff to the roof lining in the boot.
A little tear to the leather surrounding the gear stick.
The upholstery on the driver's seat has little bobbly patch from getting in and out.

EXTERIOR:
There is large dent to the driver's side front wing. It could be knocked out, and look reasonable, but full wing replacement would be best.
Following little incident with curb, of the alloys are dented, one with little tear. Neither of these effect the tyre pressure at all.
There are scuffs and scratches on the driver's side wing mirror.
The rear bumper has scrape on the passenger side, and little crack. Plus few blemishes near the boot opening, from unloading tools.
A small stone chip on the bonnet about 3mm


Being honest... it's shame to let it go, but it's easier to replace with van than spend time/money sorting the bodywork, to only sell at later date. also don't want to cause any damage to the interior. It's still neat and tidy.
