Here we have 2002 BMW 320d Touring, that for the last ten plus years has given very reliable service to our family as an everyday car. It has been serviced regularly and needed very little extra in that time, but unfortunately it recently decided to ingest part of its induction system into the engine, and the motor is toast. It does run, though barely, and would recommend trailering the car away. 
Everything else on the car is in good working order. The gearbox and clutch are excellent, alloy wheels fitted with Continental tyres with plenty of tread, brakes and suspension all in good order too. All the electrics operate as they should, all lights working, and the interior, if little grubby, is in good shape with no obvious damage. The bodywork is as you'd expect on car of this age, with few small scratches and marks, though there is small ding in the lower tailgate, and bumper clip needs replacing (The result of nudging post month or so back). There is one tiny bubble showing on one front wing, but otherwise there are no visible rust issues that can find. 
The car still has MOT until April 2018 and, with the engine repaired or replaced, can't see anything obvious that would stop it passing again. Overall its in pretty good shape, and if we hadn't had the engine problems we'd be keeping it for good few years yet. It would make good solid basis for repair, or ideal for modification into drift car etc. 
The car is available to view at pretty much any time between now and the end of the auction, and encourage you to do so. We have had an offer from local salvage company of £150.00, so thats where the auction is starting and there is no reserve. We'll let the auction run its course, so please bid, we won't be ending it early.
