COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE – WE HAVE THREE LEVELS AT WHICH WE WILL ACCEPT COMPLAINTS, DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS.Handover Discrepancies Complaints at point of collection/deliveryMost of our vehicle deliveries and arranged collections are handled by one of our associated companies. We are an internet based business operating from an internet hub. This is resource we share with the neighbouring Vauxhall retailer. We have an arrangement for them to provide point of collection/delivery assistance to our customers allowing them to collect their vehicles during working hours and sometimes at weekends when we do not operate. In this capacity, they are authorised to handover vehicles, take payment, carry out necessary administration and deal with any minor discrepancies that are brought to their attention on collection relating to vehicle quality, listing accuracy and their own service offering on the day.
Refused vehicle release/acceptance Sale cancellationIn the event that an issue arises on collection/delivery that cannot be handled as minor discrepancy on the spot by our associate company, they are authorised to cancel the transaction and stop the vehicle handover. We will not supply vehicle to unhappy customers with view to arguing about it later. Should this occur, we will send cancellation request via eBay which will clear the sale from eBay records. If vehicle is the subject of complaint prior to collection, the sale will always be cancelled. Only sales with minor discrepancies that have been rectified to the customers satisfaction will be concluded and the vehicle released. Following collection/delivery our associate company will be unable to assist buyers further. In the event of post collection issue please see below.
Post-handover complaints procedureOnce vehicle is collected/delivered, there are three levels at which Enterpriz Solutions Ltd will accept complaints.
Discrepancies These should be directed to us via the publicised telephone number or via eBay messaging. Normally minor issues can be dealt with on the spot within the day.
Informal complaints Where complaint is more complicated, formal and requires investigation. The customer should request copy of our complaints procedure via eBay messaging and provide their phone number so that we can make an initial contact and obtain an email address. Following the receipt, an initial complaint can be made via eBay messaging in the customers own words. We will not take informal complaints via telephone.
Formal complaints Where complaint has been escalated to formal complaint by the nature of the issue or the behaviour of the customer, the customer should provide us their email or postal address and we will send our complaints procedure. Formal complaints can only be made in the customers own words, in writing, and to the address that is provided. Given that full investigation will be required, these complaints will take minimum of 14 -28 days to be resolved.
