FORD GALAXY 1.9TDI SPARES OR REPAIR
Ford Galaxy 1.9 TDI for sale as spares or repair.  Car has been used up until this week when MOT expired.
The car failed the MOT on the following:
Macpherson strut NS Front excessive movementExcessive corrosion bodywork OS and NS front requires weldingFront lamp OS not working and NS deteriorated so not clearly visibleStop lamp remains on when brakes released (intermittent as no longer an issue)Coil spring broken offside rearSteering rack gaiter split OSBraking system leaking OS rear (calliper).
Aside from the MOT failure, the engine is still solid.  It is the VW 1.9TDI used in the Golf/Passat etc. and still pulls well.  Turbo working OK.  We drove to Italy in June and car was fine cruises at 80mph (130km) with speed box.The Clutch was replaced in MAY, however DMF was not replaced at the same time and has now developed judder.Water needs to be topped up as periodically losing water.

Car would make good donor, or patch it up and get it through the MOT and would have an engine that would still have plenty of life in it.
Car is SORN (on driveway) and no MOT, but drives buyer to recover or Tax and MOT.
