The Mitsubishi GTO is front-engine, front-wheel drive 2+2 hatchback sports coupé manufactured and marketed by Japanese automobile manufacturer Mitsubishi for 1990–1996 model years, across single generation with one facelift.
Manufactured in Nagoya, Japan, the four passenger coupés were marketed in the Japanese domestic market (JDM) as the GTO and globally as Mitsubishi 3000GT.
The GTO features Mitsibushi's transverse mounted 3-liter, 24-valve naturally aspired V6 engine and front-wheel-drive layout with four-wheel-steering full-time all-wheel-drive and adaptive suspension.

Here we have for sale my 1996 Mitsubishi GTO, bought last year as project but unfortunately due to the current circumstances can't afford to keep her around.
What chance to purchase one of these rare, exotic, head-turning Japanese beauties! An excellent opportunity for summer project!
This is the 3.0 litre V6 non-turbo automatic model, which has 160,967 km on the clock (100,020 miles) and was imported in 2003.
The bodywork has no damage, there are the usual age-related marks. The passenger side wing mirror needs replacing. The paint is in great condition but could do with through clean, cut polish. The previous owner painted the rear diffuser which is now peeling! It would be worth re-painting. Also, the wheels could do with respray.
The interior has been fully cleaned and in good condition, the seats have some sign of age-related wear. The front speakers radio unit were removed by the previous owner and couldn't be provided unfortunately.
When first purchased the car noticed the tracking required adjusting, which is still required.
The vehicle is currently on SORN with the MOT expiring on 25th July 2020.
The personalised registration plate J8 DTL, will come with the sale of the vehicle.

The vehicle has been standing for few months, it's always been in good working order but keep in mind it's been standing and is sold as seen.I have charged the battery and the vehicle starts well, one tyre won't pump up So the passenger rear has bee replaced with the spare.
