Ford Focus Estate (Ghia), 2.0L Petrol, 89k miles  failed MOT, spares and repair I’m selling 2000 Ford Focus Estate Ghia (2.0L petrol, manual). Genuine low mileage (only 89k). Absolutely no problem with engine. Unfortunately the MOT said that the steering column needs replacing (I was told £75 for second hand parts, but the labour would bring this to £300). There were few other relatively minor bits on the MOT (see photos for copy of MOT report). It seems great shame to scrap this car as it’s served me without fault for the ish years I’ve owned it (and then there was only one previous owner). If someone is prepared to do little work they’ve got themselves an absolute bargain that has got many miles left in it. As you can see from the photos, the wing mirrors have been repaired with tape and cable ties (this isn’t an MOT fail, have just never been bothered to get them replaced just to look nice – the electric tilting mechanism still works in fact). There are some scratches to the interior, general wear and tear to seats etc, and the temperature display is broken but the car actually scrubs up OK. It’s the top spec model (Ghia Zetec) so comes with: Electric windows front and back, heated windscreen, AC, electric seats, CD player, ABS, spare tyre.
