On MOT refusal says:1. Tyre has cup in excess of requirement but it does have spare tyre. 2. Front suspension has excessive play in lower suspension ball joint nearside (costs about £76 on kwik fit) 3. needs adjusting the headlamps (costs nothing).
The last MOT expires on November 2017 but it failed MOT. I was told the engine is in excellent condition (I drove it and it seems ok), although am not mechanic.
