The last MOT had one advisory front brake pads.I've just had (not even thousand miles ago) the following work done...Full service.New brake pads all round.Brand new 50mm H&R lowering springs including top mounting bearing kit. 
Cambelt and water pump changed at 62'000 miles receipt/engine bay sticker etc to prove.
As planned to turn the van into camper began having the work done bit by bit and will now list what work has been carried out...I've recently soundproofed the cab floor/doors with 2mm silentcoat and whilst there upgraded the door speakers to VIBE 540 Watt speakers with T5 specific housing.I also, whilst there, installed brand new Kiravans double swivel passenger seat base with the added extra metal tray for hassle free under seat storage when spinning.I've recently had installed, by my local 'national windscreen', privacy window in the sliding door and privacy opening slider window in the panel behind the drivers seat. The rear barn door windows are professionally tinted. The rear VW badge has been replaced with black one.The front grill has been replaced with matt black badgeless grill from Van-X. The van is on Matt Black 17"Banded Steels with all 4x Tyres Michelin and only done approx 4k.The rear is ready to convert if you wish too.I've insulated the floor with Dodo super 6mm insulation and ply lined the floor with machine cut made to fit ply wood. The van comes with black 3-piece screen blind from custom covers for cab area. Dubflecta wind deflectors drivers and passengers side. Buyer can have the original steel wheels with good tyres plus the standard springs if they wish.
I love this van, it's gorgeous thing. Looks super sexy all black. Very clean in great condition. Genuine sell. Need different vehicle at this time in my life. 
So many extras it really is nice spec. Genuine mileage, everything it's needed it's had in terms of  maintenance. I'm the second owner of the vehicle.


Bad bits well there aren't many..Few age related superficial scratches/tiny stone chips.Faint stain on passenger seat, never tried cleaning it out, barely noticeable really.
