You are bidding on 55 plate (2005) Volvo V50 Sport 2.0 turbo diesel 184,000 miles. Good service history (with me at Volvo specialist), engine nice and smooth and gearbox/transmission is good. Has no untoward noises. Bodywork is commensurate with age and mileage but has no major dents or scratches other than stone chips to front and small dent (50p size) on offside passenger door. Interior is good as used seat covers. keys.MOT until 18 December 2019. Selling as bought another car to commute. Negative points Weak gas struts to rear door. Needs service as service indicator light is on. Needs front tyres (rears good) as inner edge is worn (common on these and causes little vibration at speed. Engine System service message is on -specialist tells me this relates to the Volvo emissions tank that needs refilling/renewing. As cost is around £500 decided to sell. Doesn’t affect engine running etc (eg does not go into limp mode and cruise control works).Realistic as to value.
