We have owned this since 2012 after being gifted it with 12'000 miles on clock from my parents who literally did use the car for church once week on Sunday. It was purchased brand new to order from VW Bromley by my parents in 2006.
The car was serviced by VW to the tune of £1500 in 2012 as believe it or not having car sit on the drive does more harm than good. Since then my wife has used it for work and we have used it as family car as our other is MINI. Before that it was also serviced as per service computer at VW.
The car has recently been serviced Dec 16, and 2015 and MOTd In June 16 with the two front tyres replaced with new.
It was specced in no thrills vanilla, so fabric seats ,standard air con, standard CD player I'm afraid.
Unfortunately I only have the one key
Mechanically it has been sound and the exterior is good apart from some paint chips on boot bumper and cracked number plate on rear.
If you are after automatic transmission practical car then this may be perfect.the price is competitive for age, so no stupid offers or timewasters as you simply won't even be responded to.
It's on private plate hence the 04 reg but this can be changed if required.
