For Sale,
1986 VW Golf GTi Mk2 valve race/track/fast road car. 
Car is an an early shape 8v, known as the 'type 19', most noticeable for the mirrors being 1/3 way down the doors and no quarter glass.
Engine is the original 1.8 litre K-Jet with 2l bottom end, early Newman cam, cold start 5th injector and k-star engine management. It was built by Stealth Motorsport in Southam and set up properly. Starts first time, every time, idles as it should and runs well. None of this lumpy running rubbish. 
Other engine mods include:-Mocal Oil cooler-Modified air intake with cold feed pipe direct from front fog-K&N panel filter-Modified oil Breather pipe with filter-Silicon coolant pipes, (top and bottom of radiator, and water pump pipes)
Jetex exhaust front to back
Adjustable supersport suspension set up by KW
Front and Rear strut braces
Black Diamond groove front brake discs (Recommended by Demon Tweeks) with Yellow speed pads (more suitable if your planning on track days) braided Goodridge hoses throughout
Rear wheel bearings/discs done start of last year
2 Full sets of Fox racing alloys, set has Toyo Proxes R888 and set has road legal sports tyres, all with loads of tread
Car stripped of excess weight, Bridge weight 900KG, photo to prove if necessary.
Momo steering wheel and boss.
Sparco Sprint seat, stamped and valid till 2020
TRS 5-point harness on welded points and wrapped around rollcage as per MSA rules, valid till 2020
Lifeline 2000 fire extinguisher with cockpit cut off and scuttle panel mounted with exit points to engine bay and driver as per Regs
Electrical cut off again with cockpit and scuttle panel pull cords as per regs

Bodywork is average for track car, it does carry few scrapes and scratches from battling on the track. Had new Drivers side sill last year.
I have few spares will throw in, Brake pads, gaskets, hoses, cambelt,  etc etc
Last run out was at Oulton Park, no issues atall, quite easily embarrasses lot of expensive motors on track days.
Great bit of fun, I've owned the car since Sep 2015 and the previous owner has the car since July 2006. Only owner in its full 31 year life! Unheard of!
