I am selling my very reliable Mk4 VW Golf due to purchasing newer vehicle.  It is the 90 bhp Tdi model which is excellent for MPG.  I have owned this car since August 2012, before that it was owned by family friend from 2001, and can honestly say it has never let me down.  It has been workhorse, and to that end it is in FAIR condition.  Apart from regular oil and filter changes, it hasn't required anything doing whilst in my ownership.  I have used it to carry everything from kids bikes, family camping equipment to logs for firewood and anything else needed to move.  Please bear this in mind it is not in pristine condition.Presently SORN.  I have ignition/door key(operates central locking-not remote) and another key for the tailgate.  Features include: 4 Electric windowsElectric mirrorsCentral Locking-not remoteLots of previous service historyGenuine, reliable unmodified vehicle.

Bad Points
*AIr Bag Light is on.  Code is 01218 which places the fault under the passenger seat. (When bought the car, the airbag light was on with the same fault code.  I had it fixed for few quid, but has recently come back on.)*Corrosion on o/s front wheelarch- otherwise body is corrosion free. (Photo 10)*All tyres are at or below legal limits.  A 14" wheel is presently fitted to one hub which has plenty of tread remaining, but the original 15" is included with the car.  One tyre has slow puncture.*Bodywork has few minor dents; nothing major.  There is small amount of damage to the rear bumper where the previous owner reversed into fence.  (Not an MOT failure point) -(Photo 12)*Front lower valance is missing.*Interior is little shabby, wear evident on drivers bolster  Usual marks on plastics and trim, commensurate with age.  Head cloth has couple of marks but not ripped.*N/S wing mirror cover missing.(Photo 11)*Bodywork has few scratches, looks worse due to the dark green colour*Windscreen has stone chip,- original windscreen replaced under insurance due to big stone chip-two days later, another stone bounced off windscreen leaving nice mark.  This could easily be repaired with the Autoglass resin  It lies outside the area relating to MOT check.*Top Front suspension rubber mounts are worn.*N/S light cluster has small hole, also stone chip to the n/s headlightGood points
*Car drives well, Gearbox and engine are good.  Brakes are fine.*Everything works as it should (apart from rear window wiper)*Completely standard car.*MOT until 28 Oct 2016
