JUST HAD THE TURBO CHANGED WITH SOME SECONDHANDS ONETHE CAR START AND DRIVE BUT STILL SMOKE, NOT AS BAD AS BEFORE CHANGED THE TURBOS BUT SMOKE .I ALSO GET WATER LEAK BUT THAT THING IS SO BIG, CAN'T SEE WHERE IT IS COMING FROM!!!
HEAD GASKET? SIMPLY DONT KNOW BUT WOULD BE SURPRISED AS IT DOESNT SMOKE ALL THE TIME (I SIMPLY DON'T CARE ANYMORE TO BE HONEST)I HAVE SPEND TOO MUCH TIME AND MONEY ON IT NOWHOWEVER IF IT IS, HAVE SPARE CYLINDER HEAD ANYWAY SO WILL INCLUDE THAT IN THE SALE. NEW HEAD GASKET COST ABOUT ??30/40 SO IF YOU CAN DO THE JOB YOURSELF, WON'T BE VERY EXPENSIVEI HAVE ALSO CHANGED:BOTH EGRBOTH TURBO ACTUATORSBOTH THROTTLE BODIESBOTH MAP AND MAF SENSORSALL 10 INJECTORS (USED)NEW LOWER WISHBONE (FRONT RIGHT)BOTH TRACK ROD END

I am open to sensible offers, not stupid one!Don't let the mileage scare you, won't have  been able to cover that sort of mileage if the car hadn't been looked after. I am covering over 100k per year (don't take my words, go and check  yourself its MOT history on the dvla website) That car has only had CASTROL good quality oil every 5/6weeks!!! may sound lots to you but only 15/20k miles for me! lol)Ask yourself, why would have spent so much money on changing the turbos if didn't think the car was worth it?I had couple of silly offers from breakers. am  simply not interested, you are wasting your time! could break it myself if enough interest but the car is too good to scrap. was going to buy another V10 but couldn't find good one on here! have now bought Mercedes ML420CDI, lets hope don't regret it!!If you are on the market for  V10, check the engine code. The very early one 03/04 (BLE) were trouble that why VW change it to the AYH so early after its launch! am just being honest, would be surprised if someone or dealer would tell you that... please do your homeworkBeing 2005, it on the old car tax class so much cheaper!Own it for 2.5yrs, covered 220k motorway miles and it let me down only times1. The front transfer box (Changed at 200K)2. Fuel Vaccum Pump (Changed at 245k)3. and whatever is wrong now!!!Every else on that car is from the factory in 2005
