Feb 2006 VW Touareg 2.5TDI SE Sport
About MeI am 43 year old company director, this car was my own vehicle bought to drive daily and to ferry my family around in.  I looked for Touareg for some time and bought this one because aswell as being top spec and very well looked after with this colour combination and wheels it looked like much newer vehicle.  It has factory privacy glass, roof spoiler and 22" Q7 alloys which fill the arches much better than the small and dated standard wheels.  I have owned this car for the last three years and due to change in circumstances am selling.  The car has had 190BHP remap in my ownership which also increased the fuel economy to an average of 30mpg.  The V5 is present and in my name. The private plate is not included, the car will be on VF55WWE which was the original number plate.This car is was registered in early 2006 which means it benefits from £250 annual road tax, those registered from mid 2006 onwards are liable for £500 road tax.

ConditionFront tyres brand new, rear 80% life left.Very good condition all round, there are few very small dings on the bodywork that if you wanted it immaculate could be attended to but as you can see from the photos it is great looking car.The wheels are all in good condition, have photographed the one in worst condition there are slight marks to the outside of the rim, all the spokes and the face of the wheel is unmarked.Inside the condition is immaculate bar one small mark on the drivers seat leather 2p size).  Otherwise there is no wear or damage to point out.Both original keys present.Only previous owners from new.
MechanicallyNot much to say really other than it has been faultless in the period of my ownership.  The 3.0TDI engine is more fashionable but this 2.5TDI cylinder provides ample power, is more economical and significantly easier and cheaper to maintain as doesn't rely on so many ECUs.  There are many examples of 2.5TDI R5 Transporters with very high mileage (200K+) still going strong without major work needed.  The auto changes perfectly, there are no noises or rattles of any sort this car drives exactly as it did when bought it with no signs of wear.  These Touaregs are built like tanks.
MOT to April 2018, only advisory was corrosion to anti roll bars but not weakened.
