The bike runs and rides very well. Low miles only 3540 kilometers.  Titled, registered and ridden in parades and other recreational uses.Comes with the 3rd seat as well.
The bike has PA title that states 1941 BMW, the engine number is 8900412 which matches the vin on the title.  spoke to gentleman in the UK that knows BMW war bikes. He said the bike was either re-stamped, which many were or it may be Russian bike.
