Welcome to the auction of my 1953 Royal Enfield Clipper Custom Bobber
Not one for the purists but bought it in bit of state and it now runs well, starts easily and is pleasure to ride around town or on back roads.
It is matching numbers bike if that's your thing although much changed from standard with non transferable number.
Current mileage is shown as only 221 lockdown miles on Indian Repop Smiths Speedo which are my miles following the rebuild.

I built this Beach Racer Bobber to take part in the Race the Waves Beach Race at Bridlington in 2020 however it has again been cancelled this year and will not take place until May 2022 so it is now up for sale as am building another Beach Racer.
It started out as bit of mix and match of Royal Enfield Clipper parts  its why bought it as it had already been messed about with.
It now runs good and have got it looking like wanted it to look 
It benefits from the following upgrades Uprated front forks from Royal Enfield Bullet (popular upgrade as Clipper forks were very poor)
Uprated Koni Rear Shocks 
New Ensign Chunky Trials Type 4.00 19 Tyres and Tubes Front and Rear
Upgraded Amal Concentric  (re-jetted to give little more performance)
Wide Handlebars
Motobatt Gel Battery
Megaphone Exhaust
Magneto and Cold Ignition (will run without battery if needed)
Light weight mudguards front and rear
DVR2 Dynamo Regulator with wiring loom and battery relocated in side tool box
Custom Stars and Stripes fuel tank has little bubbling near the filler cap however it comes with Hitcocks uprated fuel cap so no fuel leaks from the filler.
It runs very well and and sounds great (not too loud) and is nice and relaxing to ride with the wide bars and comfy seat, gearbox for an Albion works well.

I have set really reasonable reserve on on the bike, after all its 60+ year old Enfield with all its little eccentricities'  it does mark its territory from the primary chain case as most old Enfield's do lol and it will go to highest bidder
