1955 Triumph T110.Great original UK bike.I’ve spent the last months on this bike, spent thousands, now complete and ready to go. The following work has been done:Full engine rebuild, new: sludge trap, piston/rings, rods, bearings, valves, springs, tappets clutch plates, new 376 carb, stainless hardware throughout. Professionally polished primary/timing covers, gaskets/seals.Full gearbox rebuild, new: needle bearing conversion, kickstart quadrant, kickstart return spring, all seals/gaskets etc.Full front end rebuild, new: Stancions, damper rods, springs, nos legs, bushes, stancions nuts, these forks are like brand new.Correct half width front hub blasted and powder coated, new bearings and brake shoes. Freshly laced by hagons with new rim.New Lucas wiring loom fitted.New solid state pos earth regulator.New clutch, throttle and brake cables.New silencers.New tyres.The bike runs well, great compression, smooth gear change, no smoke etc. The new carb is always good move.The paintwork has great patina look and most is original. The shiny new engine looks great mixed with the patina of the rest of the bike, particularly wanted it like that, it has real survivor look.To be honest have just lost my day job and have run out of money, was building this as keeper but that’s just not realistic now. The dynamo needs rewind and the speedo needs rebuild or trade in but can not afford this now so both need to be done. The bike has both the original old style logbook and the modern one in my name.
I’ve priced this bike to sell fast so don’t hang around, come and take look but please no low offers as the bike owes me alot more than the advertised price.
