  1966 Royal Enfield GT Continental.
Rebuilt previously to my ownership, (see V5c).
The bike is in great cosmetic condition and wants for very little, however on moving the bike out of the shed today I noticed there was seep of fuel coming from the bottom of tank (glass fibre) which will need addressing before use.Aluminium and chrome is generally very good for its age.Front tyre is fine whilst the back tyre is little cracked on the sidewall but with good tread.The last time ran the bike it ran fine, with no smoke or undue nasties or oil leaks to report.The bike has speed box fitted and selects with no problem.As the bike has been sitting in the shed since last August the volt  battery has expired and will probably need replacement.All electrics were working and the ammeter showed positive charge when the engine was running.If get chance will try and charge the old battery? as would prefer to demonstrate the engine/lights running to anyone that might be interested.I have purposely set the starting price low to allow for the issues previously mentioned. Please factor in the things that need addressing before you bidI am preparing for an imminent house move and can’t take all my bikes with me, so am regretfully selling several ,so please check them out also.Any inspection with notice, just message me.All bikes are sold as seen, and cash on collection only.Thanks for looking.
