This very rare and much sought after tax exempt 1975 Norton 850 Commando has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 19866 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks.

The single most important purchase for classic restoration project is the bike to restore, whether it's going to be commercial venture or just hobby interest it all starts here!.

PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you may or may not know, here at DK Motorcycles we have very little knowledge or experience with these classic British bikes but luckily you aficionados usually put us rite!?.........As you can see this bike has got few bits missing, few bits damaged/broken, few bits rusty/corroded few bits are very nice indeed. Forks yokes look straight. Mudguards are both solid. Tail light assy is good as are the headlight hangers. Instruments look ok. Paintwork is solid, fuel tank is usably clean inside. Seat base is in good condition throughout. Indicators are tidy. The engine is cosmetically clean, it turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great has compression but doesn't seem to be sparking so we haven't had it running.
