This very rare and much sought after tax exempt 1975 Yamaha DT250B has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.
We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

The single most important purchase for classic restoration project is the bike to restore, whether it's going to be commercial venture or just hobby interest it all starts here!.

PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you can see this bike has got few bits missing, few bits damaged/broken, few bits rusty/corroded, few bits non standard few bits are very nice indeed.

Sadly the engine is seized, It could be catastrophic but hopefully it will be through standing around forever but we have not inspected the engine internally so we have no idea why/how it has seized.

Phone Yamaha UK customerservices on 01932 358000 with the Model, frame engine Numbersfor small fee they will send you letter confirming the age.3.You need to have valid insurance on the bike. You can insure it onthe chassis number.4. Send all this paper work to the DVLA, who willcharge you £55 for the 1st registration the currentamount for the road tax.5. The DVLA will send you your age relatedregistration number.
