This very rare and much sought after 1979 Honda XR500 Enduro has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.

The single most important purchase for classic restoration project is the bike to restore, whether it's going to be commercial venture or just hobby interest it all starts here!.

PLEASE CHECKOUT THE PICTURES........As you can see this bike has got few bits missing, few bits damaged/broken, few bits rusty/corroded few bits are very nice indeed.
The wheels are straight with alloy rims, good hubs brake plates. Forks yokes look straight.
The engine turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great has compression but doesn't seem to be sparking so we haven't had it running.
