Yamaha Diversion 600
I purchased this bike in October 2018 as winter hack. didn't like the cold and didn't do many miles so now looking to clear some space in the garage. The bike was extremely reliable over the winter and never missed beat. These don't have exciting image but found it easily quick enough for the motorway and overtaking etc but you do have to use your gears! There is very little to go wrong, its easy to work on and parts are very cheap. The clocks have been changed in the past and millage is under 40k. There is reasonable amount of history and Haynes Manual. 
The bike has MOT till 26 Oct and have only done couple of hundred miles since the last MOT so this wont be an issue. changed the oil and filter and replaced fuel filter and all the fuel hoses as these were old and tired. Air filter and spark plugs were both fairly new. Battery is good, have never had to charge it and bike starts first time. Bike has big GIVI top box (which is old but serviceable), good tyres, chain etc and would ride it to Scotland tomorrow.
The photos flatter the bike so don't expect minter. Bad points can think of:
Hazing/paint cracking on fuel tank where previous owner has left fuel sat on paint. would suggest replacement would be easier than painting.Paint on front brake master cylinder has peeled off.Rust inside fuel tank. never saw any particles in fuel filter and never had an issue but you could use sealant if you were worried.General scuffs on paint work and corroded parts you would expect on 23 year old bike.Exhausts have dents in left silencer and have both been patched/repaired under the bike. have never had an issue with this and they aren't noisy.There is corrosion on the handlebar where keys have scratched the paint off.There is some clouding on small part of speedo display, probably where previous owner has spilt brake fluid. Clocks are all still visible.The seat is fine, put the cover on as found it slippy with my textiles.
You could use the bike as it is or spend £50 on the fuel tank and exhausts and spray up few bits if you want something more presentable. There is Diversion 600 in the same colour braking on ebay right now with matching tank. If in any doubt ask me or better still come and view.
