1999 Yamaha YZF R6 in rare colour scheme for sale
Selling my yamaha R6 as will be looking to get an R1 some time next year and already have GSXR750. have enjoyed riding this bike for the last year, it is quick, nimble and sounds fantastic! You can really play in the corners and it gives you plenty of confidence.
Recent rear tyre (Battlax BT021) to match the frontLaser upswept exhaust which looks and sounds brilliant. have never had any trouble being pulled over as it is not obnoxiously loudBike also comes with the original shape pipe and pillion pegs if you want to re-fit (the standard pipe has had the baffle removed and is very loud) baffles could be replaced though.Has thatcham alarm, keys and fobsBrake pads were done less than year ago on the front and the rear seems to have plenty (will check and replace pads if necessary for sale)MOT till June 2017Rear lights with integrated indicatorsLED rear lightsLED front indicatorsLED side lightsFrame slider and rear bobbins
Bad PointsGear selector is bent internally which means you have to be very direct with your gear changes its cheap part but big job. Price is for the bike without the job done but would get the work done if wanted and price for the bike would be +£500Fairing cuts for sliders are rubbish (see pics :( )
Bike is kept in dry workshop all year and is only occasionally ridden in the rain, pics and videos can be uploaded on request.
