Here we have for sale my Yamaha XVS 650 Dragstar bobber project. It is with regret that am not able to continue with this project due to to lack of time with work and family commitments.Since owning this bike have completely rebuilt the front suspension forks and brake calliper including new fluids and seals. The bike has various custom parts fitted including Higway Hawk straight through exhausts, bars, side number plate with custom stop light, sprung solo seat and homemade rear bobber style mudguard fender. When initially purchased the bike it had been made into rat style bike but not very well. It did start and ride however it had knocking noise from the engine. This has since been removed and stripped to investigate. have found that the engine has suffered from Conrod bearing failure.The engine is currently stripped and all parts bolts are bagged and labeled.All parts in photos are present these include parts to put bike back together and various spares. As shown in the photos some parts of the bike are visually rough bare metal.She is by no means an oil painting but good base for really cool looking bobber chopper. As have explained the engine if no longer fitted in the bike but is supplied.This is sold as non running, spares or repairs project. Obviously the bike would need to be collected in either van or on trailer. The bike is currently sorn with no mot. Any questions please don't hesitate to message.
