2001 Suzuki GS1200SS exceptional condition, just near 7000 miles run from new, UK registered bike, one of those rare Japanese-Only models. Those familiar with the GS1200SS will know how hard it is to find nice one in the first place and how truly difficult it is to locate one in this near new condition, with such low original mileage and European title and registration documents. This SS came into our collection out of England, and still retains its UK V5 paperwork/Logbook and license. 
Originally we had planned to register it in Germany and even went so far to source the original Data-sheet (Datenblatt) directly from Suzuki Germany via the factory in Japan, but since we are not able to ride any longer it does not make sense to go through the german registration process and loose the UK V5 logbook etc. in the process. So the bike is for sale with its original UK paperwork and with the Data-Sheet from the Suzuki Factory which should allow any potential buyer in Europe to get it registered in their country of choice. The pictures posted as well as the many other pictures available in our online photo album show how outstanding the overall condition of this Suzuki is. 
When we received this GS from well known dealer in England, it was NOT in the as-advertised condition and truly far from the cosmetic shape we are accustomed to. Check some of our other bikes up for sale here on Ebay to see what we are talking about in regards to that. So upon full inspection we decided to do complete pulldown and reconditioning of the bike to bring it up to the state you see it in now in our pictures. This involved an 60+ hour servicing and engine-sitting-in-frame-on-workbench detailing job over the course of which pretty much nearly every single nut and bolt and every mechanical and cosmetic aspect of the bike was at minimum checked and found to be ok or repaired, replaced and/or refinished. 
The engine runs as it should for motorcycle with only 7000 miles and has just been serviced with new oil and filter and the bike now looks the part too. This GS-SS comes with some small spares and memorabilia in folder and the original toolkit is present underneath the seat cowl. The bike is bone stock with the original 4-1 exhaust mounted and with the optional cowl cover for single person use installed. The passenger seat pad is also included as are the passenger footpegs and brackets. This GS1200SS should truly be viewed in person, as it is exceptional in condition and the images can only convey general sense of how nice the bike really is.

There are at any given time some 20-30 GS1200SS for sale in Japan, but most are already at collector prices for impeccable low mileage bikes and way above what this one is offered for sale here and the rest are quite worn and many have been abused and are truly not worthy of puttinginto bike collection. wager to guess this is one of those models which will be quite expensive in the future and very collectible.
