The Honda FTR was only sold in Asia. Given that it isabsolutely bang on for both road riding and green laning, this seems somewhatperverse but there it is. We are doing our best to remedy this shocking stateof affairs by bringing in the finest examples we can find. A lot of the (admittedly few) FTR's that have beenimported to this sceptred isle have been chopped into some quite mean lookingcustom machines but we think this one warrants keeping just as she is. Themetalwork and paint are absolutely lovely and whether hooning around thecountryside or battling the urban traffic you're going to look and feel fine onthis. The FTR has really nice riding position and the aircooled, four stroke single cylinder engine gives smooth ride with enough kickto get you out of potentially sticky situations. This bike in particular comes in beautiful royalblue that looks like it has never seen the light of day. She has covered 16,000miles but you would never know, either by looking at her or hearing the smoothengine. She has retro rectangular mirrors, the minimal look over the rear wheelpopular with grass trackers and overall she is quite the head turner. When she came to us, she had short, after-market noisy exhaust but she looks so lovely we put an original back on. The only signs that she has lived little are tiny dents on the front right of the tank and small scratch on one of the decals (see photo.) We feel fortunate to have found such lovely exampleand can't wait to find new ranch for her to roam.This bike has been through the NOVAsystem meaning all import duty and VAT has been paid.
