This was bought sight unseen by me while ago to use as commuter, unfortunately once it arrived there seemed to be electrical issues, the ignition won't turn on, and can't get the engine turning on the electric start or rolling it in gear, the starter cover is missing which may indicate trouble and I believe the engine to be seized.
The battery on it is good, the heated handlebar grips power up but the ignition won't turn on. The bike has been off the road since October 2015 and look at the MOT history shows it to have been very lightly used over the last few years, you can check it here: https://www.check-mot.service.gov.uk/ . It comes with the green part of the V5, V5C/2, checked with the DVLA and the previous keeper hasn't notified them so they can issue new one on this.
So looking around this bike it is in good condition engine aside. All that is missing is the starter cover, the general appearance is good although there are deep marks to the tank. As rolling chassis it seems good and the chain and rear tyre are good, front tyre is barely legal, if at all. The ball end has broken off the clutch lever, seat and general bodywork is good. Brakes seem to work well at walking pace! 
All in all straight bike but sold strictly as non runner. My diagnosis is not conclusive and strictly amateur, it may be fixable.
