2005 Ducati Monster S2R 803cc Full History lovely condition
Welcome to the auction for my 2005 Ducati Monster S2R. Bought 18 months ago as toy, I've done less than 500 miles on it, the rest of the time it has sat in dehumidified heated garage waiting to be used and enjoyed. It's never failed to start, always runs well and has full Ducati serivice history, the last full service carried out by WM Snell Ducati of Altern. This service included belts and shims and was at 20304 miles.

It rides really well, stops great with the Brembo brakes, and sounds just as Ducati should with the carbon Termignoni cans. There is second seat hidden under the rear cowl, but it doesnt look like its been used at all!
The bike comes with keys, including the red master key and code card, all the original booklets in the leather case and paperwork to show whats been done over the years. It really is nice, entry level Ducati.
There are of course age related marks, some discoloration on the engine casings and the odd scuff on the frame, but the paintwork, wheels and trim are all lovely and there are no faults with the bike. In fact, the only issue I've had is common Monster fault, the wiring under the fuel tank to the pump. This was all properly fixed so should present no problems for the next owner.
So why am selling it? The answer is really don't want too. The problem is time. With work, another couple of bikes and two classic cars it just doesn't get the use it deserves...a bike like this shouldn't be sat in garage!
My loss is your gain, it only has few days MOT left but I'll re-test before collection so it has fresh 12 months.
Good luck and Happy Bidding!

On sale from the first bid, I've set no reserve to let it find it's own value. Please no "how much to end early" as it'll run to the end. No overseas bidders please. You bid to buy, not to kick tyres or haggle. The pictures give an accurate representation but feel free to come have look while the auction is running. No test rides unfortunatelly without full payment. Please ask any questions while the auction is runnning. Cash on collection please within one week of auction end.
