Please do not confuse Kymco with cheap Chinese manufacturers, this bike is built in Taiwan, originally manufacturing Honda parts and building Honda's under licence, they supply the G450 engine to BMW amongst others. You can see the engine seems to be based on the CG125 Honda.
This bike has been garaged since 2013 when the tax and MOT ran out prior to that it was owner commuter. The speedo reads 14885 kms which equates to 9303 miles.
Bodywork is straight, it doesn't appear to have been over. There is light surface rust on the frame and chrome parts but not too noticeable, paintwork is bit patchy, sun faded mainly, it would possibly respond to some T-Cut but is faded in places and there's marks on the tank. The seat is in good order and comfortable. with no rips or tears. There are some parts repaired with cable ties and indicators taped together. There is factory luggage rack fitted.
Mechanically it seems good, the battery is dead of course but it starts easily on the electric start using jump pack or kick starter and idles well. All the lights, indicators and horn work as they should. have ridden this around the garage and it rides nicely. All gears engage as they should, the clutch works well and the brakes stop the bike although the front disc feels little wooden! The tyres are budget Vee Rubber on the front and Heidenau on the rear, they appear serviceable. It looks as though it just needs battery for the MOT although I'm not an expert!
