Honda CB500FA with ABS brakes and new licence friendly.I bought this bike from girl who got it new and decided biking wasn't for her after dropping it! She did 351 miles, had it first serviced then didn't use it again.I'm an older biker and decided wanted modern machine with similar performance to an original Triumph Bonneville. This bike has similar power but is better in all respects (apart from not being Bonnie!)Anyway, to cut long story short, have realised don't need this size of bike to pootle around aimlessly on country roads. have never had this machine past 7000 rpm and doubt the girl did either. It now has 776 miles on it.So, I'm selling it and will buy something small, probably 125. think they call it downsizing. call it getting old and don't particularly care for it!As you can see, there is minor damage to the right side fairing and the exhaust, as well as scuffing to the indicator, bar end and brake lever. The foot brake pedal is also bent but works fine. It would need heat to straighten, without might stress it.Fortunately, the engine casings are undamaged and as you can see the bike is like new. Made me wonder why they sell engine protectors actually.The bike really is lovely, starts on the button and is just so smooth. If I'm not careful will talk myself out of this! The bike is not subject to any finance and comes with everything it had new, both keys, manual, tool kit etc. At its first service it had the cam end float recall done and the valve clearance check, which was first service requirement when this model came out, has been discontinued.You're welcome to come and have look at what is really nearly new bike, perfect for anyone wanting capable modern machine.Collection from near Lincoln with cash or bank transfer.
