A Triumph 500cc twin ready for winter restoration if your brave enough This bike was last on the road in 1989. Shortly after this time it was then put to rest. The last owner then decided to restore it he only got as far as doing the engine. He told me he had the engine professionally rebuilt and spent £1300 doing it back in 1993. Although the engine dose look good have no receipts to prove this so would suggest the new owner will really need to check it out. As you can see this bike in its present form is hard tail,chop or bobber which are quite fashionable today. Or if you prefer this bike can easily be returned to its standard form by cutting off the hard tail and using the rear sub frame and swinging arm that comes with this project. Everything you see in the photos other than the frame and engine is rusty. all these part was originally on the bike before it was dismantled back in 1990. and remember time has took its toll on them. There are parts missing from this project.
